Our lamps offer impressive runtime to suit Singapore’s busy lifestyles: Zafferano models (e.g., Poldina Table Lamp) provide up to 12 hours on full brightness, 18–28 hours at ambient dining brightness, and up to approximately 48 hours on the lowest setting; Villeroy & Boch models run long too — the Bergamo up to 90 hours and the Seoul Micro up to 78 hours, both at their lowest setting; and certain models such as the Sompex Volume provide up to 170 hours (on the lowest brightness).
Actual life depends on dimming level and color temperature—ideal for full evenings of dining or balcony relaxation without recharging.
Our hotel and restaurant customers love our products because our lamps can last the whole night and depending on the brightness settings, sometimes they only need to recharge every other day.
For added convenience, most of our lamps use a “wireless charging base”, where you simply place the lamp onto the “base” when charging is required. A full charge takes about 6–7 hours on most table lamps — the Zafferano Pina 6–7 hours, the Sompex Volume about 6.5 hours — while the much larger Poldina XXL floor lamp takes around 20 hours. And yes, you can use them while charging.
We do provide single or multiple layer docking stations for charging 15 to 45 lamps for hotels and restaurants.
Depending on the model, a small number of our lamps are charged via USB-C cable (included) where you would have to insert into the lamp. Check details online on the product description page.
Yes — our collection is specifically curated for tropical climates. IP65-rated lamps (e.g. the Zafferano Poldina Table Lamp and Poldina Micro, and Villeroy & Boch’s Bergamo, Seoul and Seoul Micro) are fully suitable for exposed outdoor use — they can withstand heavy rain, garden hose rinsing, and open-air balconies with no cover.
IP54-rated lamps (e.g. the Zafferano Pina and the Poldina XXL floor lamp, Villeroy & Boch’s Siena, and the Sompex Troll) are also excellent outdoors, perfect for exposed balconies and terraces during typical Singapore showers.
A small number of our models are IP44-rated (e.g. the Villeroy & Boch Modena and the Sompex Volume) — these are still weather-resistant and can be used outdoors, but we recommend placing them under shelter, a roof overhang, or covered patio to protect against direct heavy downpours.
Two models are indoor-only and carry no outdoor rating — the Zafferano Angelina and Flaminia — so keep those inside. The IP (Ingress Protection) rating indicates water and dust resistance. IP44 protects against splashing water from any direction — fine under a roof overhang or a covered patio. IP54 adds dust protection and handles light rain on an open balcony. IP65 is dust-tight and withstands water jets, so it copes with heavy rain or a hose-down. Our outdoor-rated lamps sit at one of those three depending on the model: the Villeroy & Boch Modena and the Sompex Volume are IP44; the Zafferano Pina, the Poldina XXL floor lamp, the Villeroy & Boch Siena and the Sompex Troll are IP54; the Zafferano Poldina Table Lamp and Poldina Micro and the Villeroy & Boch Bergamo, Seoul and Seoul Micro are IP65. Most of our lamps let you switch between warm white settings: 2200K (candle-like for romantic dinners), 2700K (cozy home glow), and up to 3000K (brighter for reading). The exact range depends on the model — the Zafferano Pina and Poldina Table Lamp give you all three, the Villeroy & Boch Seoul and Siena switch between 2200K and 3000K, the Bergamo between 2200K and 2700K, and the Sompex Pulse is a fixed 1800K filament glow.

Yes — every lamp we stock is dimmable, almost always by touch control on the lamp itself, either stepped (3–4 levels, as on the Zafferano Swap) or continuous (as on the Villeroy & Boch Seoul Micro). The Seoul RC range adds a remote, sold separately, that dims and switches an unlimited number of lamps together within about 20 metres — which is why restaurants and hotels choose it. This lets you shift from bright task lighting to soft evening glow effortlessly.
